On November 4th, 2017, GetHuman5846 reported to GetHuman that they were having an issue with Vudu and needed to get in touch. The issue was classified by GetHuman5846 at the time as a Billing problem, and was later reported to be fixed on November 26th, 2017.

I unplugged the tv from the powerstrip for 3-5 minutes, reset to factory default, rebooted network and it still does this. Can watch vudu in the web browser fine, but don't get 4k. Clearly the app which says updated 4/6/19 or tv firmware. Leaning more towards firmware because I bought the tv after 4/6 n the app worked for a few weeks.

It won't load flash movies or play them. It won't expand to full screen when you press the arrows. Vudu acknowledged that there is no support in Windows 10 and EDGE and this now bleeds over to IE11, but it does work right in Firefox and probably would also work in Chrome.
