Keeping the outlook in "Disconnected" state. My credentials are working as I can use the "mail" program without issues.

Hi I get the issues of slow speeds when just doing a simple speed test using Cyberghost or Express VPN approx 30 meg. As soon as I disconnect I get close to full speed 175-200 meg. It's interesting that considering it states on their website there is no traffic management any more, that people are having these issues.
